Energy saving servo pump is standard and the unique shot circuit configuration with newly developed S-DDV II achieves high performance shot and wide range metal pressure control. This is the global standard for medium-size die casting machines.
Servo Pump "I-Stop Servo" as a standard feature
Reduced unnecessary power consumption thanks to the Idle-Stop control, which allows the pump to be stopped when it is unloaded, except when the machine is in operation. More noticeable effect on products with longer cycles due to cooling, spraying time, etc. Pump speed can be increased from 1000/1200 rpm to a maximum of 2000 rpm to reduce cycle time.

Multi Pressure Control
