Ultra-Compact Injection Unit “Putit Injection”
This is an ultra-compact injection unit with excellent handling characteristics that does not require major specification changes for integrated resin molding or multi-component molding. By taking advantage of its ultra-compact size, easy installation on existing production machines, and the arrangement of multiple units of “Putit Injection” around the mold, it is possible to realize a multi-material injection molding machine at a reasonable price, which was previously impossible due to space limitations.
By docking UBE Machinery's “Putit Injection” to your existing injection molding machine, co-injection (multi-color molding machine) can be easily realized.
