Ball screws with reduced grease consumption
Improved ball screw seals reduce grease volume by 90% from conventional design. The improved design also increases durability to enhance ball screw life. Grease distribution control reduces both grease consumption and improves ball screw wear. The new design offers a cleaner plant environment along with the reduction of grease usage.

If the platen or machine base is deformed during molding, the molded product will be affected and the mold will be damaged. To solve this problem, the UF series uses the highly rigid clamping unit "TAF Clamp" as standard equipment, which enables stable molding without distortion or deformation of the molded product, and is also effective for precision molding.

The "e-HUMMA" control unit realizes both high functionality and high performance of electric injection molding machines and user-friendliness in terms of operability and visibility with the keyword "user-friendly". Power regenerative servo system
Power consumption per machine can be reduced by regenerating the power generated during servo motor deceleration and using it for heaters and other devices.
Accurate and consistent injection process control "Flex Servo"
Advanced control logic, "Flex Servo" control, simultaneously controls injection speed and pressure, and consistently responds to rapid pressure changes during injection. Highly responsive and accurate injection control eliminates the need for adjustments based on experience and intuition.
