Pan type pelletizer
The pan type pelletizer (UBE pelletizer) continuously produces particles of the desired size by supplying fine powder raw materials into a dish that rotates inclined, and at the same time applying an appropriate amount of moisture by spraying.
We manufacture about 300 units of various sizes from 1 m to 6 m in diameter, and have been adopted in a wide range of fields such as chemical fertilizers, cement raw materials, iron ore, copper ore, lead concentrate, manganese sintering powder, tungsten powder ore, zinc refining smelting slag, sulfuric acid slag, phosphate rock, carbon-based pigments, lead pigments, and grinding wheel raw materials, and have been highly evaluated.

Structure of UBE pan type pelletizer
Since there are differences in raw materials and required product sizes, this machine has a structure that allows the tilt angle and rotation speed of the dish to be changed arbitrarily.
The angle of inclination of the dishes can be adjusted by the handle under full load during operation, the depth is adjusted by the upper and lower of the bifurcated outer cylinder, and in small granulators, the speed of the dishes is changed by a continuously variable transmission.
